What is Graviola?

Science has been studying the many properties of Graviola since the 1940s. In the last couple of decades, many separate groups have studied the selective toxicity of this plant. In other words, how it can target cancer cells and leave the healthy cells alone. One thing found was it is a superb inhibitor of enzyme processes found only in cancerous cells.

Chemo-therapy doesn’t have this ability to distinguish between healthy cells or cancer cells. That’s why you lose your hair during chemo-therapy, plus any cancer cells that survive the treatment will most likely develop resistance to the chemo-therapy drugs used. (This is more than likely what happened to my uncle!)

You’re probably wondering why a person who quilts would take the time to tell you about this product. It is because most quilters are women and the biggest diseases that kill women are: Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer and Heart Disease!

Also, quilting is a sedentary activity, and like it or not, many of us have weight problems. Therefore, may be candidates for diabetes—not to mention related other health issues.

Like I stated before I’m no doctor, so I cannot prescribe that you use it.

I offer the extra-strength 650 mg formula of Graviola. In capsule form from a great company. The suggested use is 2 to 4 capsules three times daily. (I started with only one capsule twice a day. for the first week and got my amazing results. I’ve since then gone to 4 capsules a day to really target the remaining trouble spots.)

{Although, the suggested dosage is up to 6 capsules a day. Only you can adjust it to your tolerances.}

It is also strongly recommended to drink plenty of water.
Eight glasses of water a day. Cells within your body are being eliminated and you need to wash all that away.

Contraindications:
Not to be used during pregnancy or breast feeding.

People with low blood pressure or taking antihypertensive drugs should check with their doctors before taking Graviola and monitor their blood pressure accordingly.

Check with your doctor or health care provider if you are taking prescription antidepressants or MAO inhibitor drugs prior to taking Graviola.

Large single dosages my cause nausea. Reduce the dosage accordingly or take with a meal if this occurs.

Drug Interactions:
None have been reported.

Graviola may potentiate antihypertensive and cardiac depressant drugs.

It may potentiate antidepressant drugs and interfere with MAO-inhibitor drugs (see above).

Other Observations:
Graviola has demonstrated significant in-vitro antimicrobial properties.

Chronic, long-term use may lead to die-off of friendly bacteria in the digestive tract due to its antimicrobial properties.

Supplementing with ProBiotics (sold below) and digestive enzymes is advisable if this product is used for longer than 30 days.

Drinking plenty of water (at least 8 glasses a day) is helpful.

This plant has been used indigenously as a sedative (in large amounts). Reduce dosage if sedation occurs.
